Job summary

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment safely.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces to select suitable pressure, temperature and methods for cleaning.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Ability to operate corporate vehicles and heavy machinery safely.
• Strong communication with facility users, managers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective contaminant removal.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
• Collaborate with teams to support operational needs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to uphold facility safety.
• Manage equipment inventory, perform repairs, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
