Job summary

Boca Paddle by CityPickle in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a reliable Porter/Janitor to maintain cleanliness and safety across our new facility.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning, trash disposal, and helping with event setup and breakdown. You will report to a manager, work a flexible schedule including weekends, and help guests and staff with directions while upholding a professional, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning throughout the facility.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness around event spaces and courts.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies; report shortages to management.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces and furniture.
• Repair minor facility maintenance issues observed during cleaning duties.
