Job summary

State of the Art Healing is seeking a dependable Plumber Contractor to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across our facilities. The candidate will work independently with professional workmanship to keep our spaces sanitary and safe for clients and staff.

The role requires diagnosing leaks, servicing water heaters where qualified, and coordinating with other trades during renovations or new installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber or in commercial/residential plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, drainage, and water supply systems.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing diagrams, equipment specifications, and installation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnose leaks, clogs, drainage issues, and water pressure problems.
• Repair or replace toilets, faucets, sinks, pipes, and other fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with other contractors when repairs require additional trade expertise.
• Ensure work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.
