Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairs and unclogs sewers, building drains, storm drains, faucets and plumbing fixtures in housing units.
• Installs new plumbing fixtures in apartments and ensures compatibility with layout.
• Orders replacement or repair supplies for routine and unusual plumbing repairs.
• Installs and repairs water heaters for apartments.
• Repairs and installs water pipes and tests backflow devices.
• Repairs and installs gas lines and tests for leaks; coordinates with residents and contractors.
