Qualifications

  • DC Journeyman Plumbing License is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and administer preventative maintenance programs.
  • Inspect plumbing systems in commercial, residential, and academic buildings.
  • Troubleshoot domestic hot water systems.
  • Schedule work orders and inspect contractor work.
  • Advise on alternatives to plumbing projects and equipment.
  • Maintain safety and follow codes.
