Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HVAC, facility operations, or technical project management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation activities across multiple locations.
• Develop scopes of work and coordinate internal technicians, contractors, vendors, engineers, and controls personnel.
• Track issues from identification through investigation, corrective action, and verification.
• Prepare and present customer-facing reports covering facility performance and projections.
• Support capital planning and project delivery with budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
