Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Facility Painter to maintain interior and exterior surfaces. The role involves painting, surface prep, touch-ups, and coating applications to keep facilities safe and visually appealing.

Shifts include 1st Sunday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm and 2nd Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm. A High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of painting experience are required, along with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of commercial/industrial painting experience.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and follow work orders/instructions.
Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, and cleaning.
Apply paint, stains, primers, sealers, and protective coatings with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces.
Clean up the work area after project completion.
Keep tools and work areas clean and orderly.
Support facility team-based goals and projects.
Follow safety policies and use PPE.
Perform other duties as required.
