Fort Worth ISD is seeking a skilled Painter II for the Paint Shop on the Evening Shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm). You will perform brush, roller, and spray painting to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces across district facilities.

Requirements include 3 years of painting experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work at various heights. The position requires use of ladders, scaffolding, and protective safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires Accredited High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience as a painter.
• Must possess necessary personal tools to perform duties.

Responsabilités

• Prepare surfaces for painting and repair by sanding, filling holes, and texturing walls.
• Paint surfaces using brushes, spray equipment, or rollers to achieve specified finishes.
• Maintain inventory of tools and materials and report needs to supervisor.
• Ensure areas are clean after job completion and adhere to safety procedures.
