The ideal candidate has trade school training and several years of painting experience, with familiarity in equipment like compressors, sandblasters, and spray gear.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school and 3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• 5 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience

Responsibilities

• Apply protective and decorative coatings to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces and install/maintain drywall, wall texturing, and vinyl/acoustic coverings.
• Maintain existing paint surfaces; match/tint colors per customer needs.
• Safely operate painting equipment and manage hazardous materials per safety guidelines.
• Support special projects and provide training to team members.
