Job summary

CARBO is seeking a dedicated Facility Operator to help keep the plant and surrounding grounds clean and orderly. The role involves rotating area assignments and performing unskilled to semi-skilled tasks in a safe manner, aligned with the CARBO Mission Statement and Core Values.

The position requires basic reading and writing skills and a high school diploma or GED, with prior general labor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor roles and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and write and understand written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans plant buildings and grounds as directed.
• Operates front-end loader to move ore as needed.
• Performs bagging operations and other tasks as required.
• Supports safety inspections and routine maintenance.
