FMC Ice Sports in Burlington, MA seeks a dedicated facility attendant to maintain and secure our arenas. You will prepare and care for the ice surface, operate arena systems, and help keep facilities clean and safe for communities and guests.
This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 21 with a valid driver's license, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work flexible hours as seasons and events change.
Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports,” was formed in 1992 to deliver high-quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in hockey and skating. FMC is the largest operator of public arenas in the United States, managing 25 public ice skating arenas across Massachusetts under long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth, municipalities, and educational institutions.
Training rate $18 per hour. Rate will increase to $20 per hour upon completion of training. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and annual reviews, which will be discussed at the time of offer.
