FMC Ice Sports is seeking a motivated individual to help maintain and secure our public ice arenas in Massachusetts. This role focuses on ice surface care, facility upkeep, and delivering exceptional customer service to skaters, staff, and the public.
The position requires a HS Diploma or GED, being at least 21 with a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours as seasons and service needs change.
Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports,” was formed in 1992 to deliver high-quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in hockey and skating. FMC is the largest operator of public arenas in the United States, managing 25 public ice skating arenas across Massachusetts under long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth, municipalities, and educational institutions.
Training rate $18 per hour. Rate will increase to $20 per hour upon completion of training. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus and annual reviews, which will be discussed at the time of offer.
