Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Naperville to maintain cleanliness and offer excellent member service. You will keep the club space stocked, clean, and presented to Life Time standards.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, towel handling, locker room upkeep, and responding to member questions about Life Time offerings. This role is full-time and requires physical movement and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure lockers are neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper usage of locker room consumables and cleaning products within budget.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• - Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• - Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• - Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• - Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• - Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• - Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
