Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking a dedicated Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent member service.

You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies and ensure Life Time’s standards of presentation are met. Responsibilities include daily cleaning and maintenance, towel and locker room stocking, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift up to 20 lbs+.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced club environment and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Stock towels and supplies; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Manage consumables and cleaning products within department budget.
• Assist members with inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
