Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Midtown, TN seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering excellent member service. You will ensure the space is neat, stocked, and aligned with Life Time’s standards of presentation.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, towel care, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and policies. The role emphasizes safety, attentiveness, and teamwork in a busy club environment.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $18.00 and pays up to $21.25, based on experience and qualifications.
