Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Medford, OR seeks a Facility Ops Team Member to uphold cleanliness and deliver great customer service. The club space must look clean, be stocked with supplies, and meet Life Time’s standards of presentation.

You will perform daily tasks to maintain indoor and outdoor areas, manage towels, and assist members with product and policy questions. The role is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities at Life Time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels; keeps locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products are used per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
