Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while providing excellent member service. The role involves stocking supplies, maintaining locker rooms, and assisting guests with Life Time policies and offerings.

Wages start at $15.00 and can go up to $18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Full-time schedule includes comprehensive benefits and a focus on safety and presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; keep locker rooms neat and orderly.
• Ensure proper use of locker room supplies and cleaning chemicals per budget.
• Respond to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will ensure the cleanliness of the facility while offering great customer service. The club space must be clean, stocked with supplies and meetLife Time’sstandards of presentation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and pays up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
