Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club. The role follows the Facility Operations Manager’s schedule with potential to stand in as Manager on Duty. The candidate must be adaptable to Life Time’s needs.

The position involves maintenance, safety inspections, and supporting a clean, safe club environment. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire; a flexible schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and operate basic tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Performs maintenance to keep equipment working.
• Participates in safety training and inspections.
