Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help keep the club safe and clean. You'll perform safety checks, oversee routine maintenance, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift 20 lbs, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. You'll work a schedule opposite the Facility Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and transfer objects as needed.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times.
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
