Life Time, Inc. seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee safety, cleanliness, and repairs in the club. You will work opposite the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, CPR/AED within 30 days, and the ability to lift 20+ lbs and operate basic tools. Flexible hours are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
