Job summary

Life Time Inc. in New York seeks a Facility Operations Supervisor to help ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club.

You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's needs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift 20+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs and work in a club environment.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
• Conducts general repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working.
• Participates in safety trainings and safety inspections.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintains the cleanliness of building and the grounds at all times
• Ensures all conditions in the facility are safe
• Conducts general repairs
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working
• Participates in safety training and safety inspections

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.00 and pays up to $28.25, based on experience and qualifications.
