Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant in Midland, TX, to help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents and staff. The role involves routine repairs, preventative maintenance and basic infrastructure tasks across grounds, buildings, equipment and vehicles.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred, and prior maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Must have basic technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Must understand OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents, guests and team members.
• Perform routine maintenance requests for grounds, buildings, apartments and equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance program execution.
• Work on heating/air conditioning, water, refrigeration systems and electrical installations.
• Perform carpet and hard surface floor maintenance and deep cleaning of resident suites.
• Assist with Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures.
