Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in chemical operations.
• Knowledge of Federal, state and local environmental regulations.
• P&L/budget experience is preferred.
• OSHA training and experience mentioned in qualifications.
• Strong health and safety focus emphasized throughout the posting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and field-related activities.
• Supervise and mentor Supervisors and Technicians on site.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Manage operating plans, production goals, and shift responsibilities.
• Act as on-site emergency coordinator and point of contact during shifts.
