This role drives budgets, schedules, space planning, and safety programs while aligning with corporate policies and long-term technology roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in facilities leadership, a track record of managing multi-section teams, and the ability to influence senior management

Here at Tokyo Electron, we take pride in our diverse culture.Technology Enabling Life.**The Day to Day (Responsibilities):*** Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.* Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.* Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.* Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.* May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.* Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.**Must Haves (minimum qualifications):*** Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.**Supervisory and/or Leadership Responsibilities:*** Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinates. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.* Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.* Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.* Manages activities of two or more sections or departments. Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds.
