Innovative Ag Services, Co. is seeking a team member to support daily location operations, maintain equipment and facilities, and ensure safe handling of agricultural products.

The role requires licenses and certifications, strong multitasking, and the ability to work with grain loading and NH3 systems. Successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, communication skills, and a professional image while participating in safety training and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates initiative and commitment to complete assignments efficiently.
• Able to communicate information clearly in writing and speaking.
• Able to organize, adapt to change, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for everyday calculations.
• Must hold a Chemical Handlers license.
• Class A CDL with Medical Certification, tanker and HazMat endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Report to assigned workplace on time and notify supervisor of lateness or absences.
• Maintain licenses, physicals, and other requirements to perform duties.
• Operate and maintain Chemical Shed; keep records for tier 11 reporting.
• Fill shuttles and NH3 nurse tanks as needed.
• Maintain and inspect tool bars and related equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading grain when required.
• Operate and maintain equipment and facilities at the location.
• Support with work orders and delivery/pickup requests to customers and applicators.
• Notify supervisor about shop tools, inventory, or parts needs.
• Keep warehouse and equipment clean and orderly.
• Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
• Follow company safety and conduct policies.
• Project a positive, professional image for customers and the community.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by location manager.
