Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce development across shifts.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency, throughput, and bottleneck elimination.
• Oversee budgets, labor costs, and profitability; support forecasting and reviews.
• Promote safety culture, ensure policy compliance, and lead investigations.
