Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction and maintenance projects with design reviews and cost estimates.
• Coordinate personnel, materials, equipment, and other resources for MAT and facility projects.
• Provide construction oversight, quality control, and safety monitoring for contractor work.
• Maintain project records and status using SAMMS and FBMS; communicate to management and stakeholders.
