Qualifications

  • Specialized experience at least 1 year equivalent to GS-07 in federal service for GS-09; education options as described (two years of grad study leading to master's).
  • Education: two years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration with transcripts.
  • Combination of education and experience: hours per week must be included and transcripts provided.
  • For GS-11, specialized experience at least 1 year equivalent to GS-09; education up to Ph.D. with transcripts.

  • Plan and coordinate construction or facility maintenance projects.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, costs, and resource requirements.
  • Lead or coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with internal and external partners or stakeholders.
