Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department of the Life Time club. You will train all Ops team members, manage scheduling, and oversee the department’s budget and projects.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, two years of management and building operations experience, CPR/AED and CPO certifications, and the ability to supervise up to 40 staff. Salary ranges from $63,800 to $87,700 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Building operations experience.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and advises the GM on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains the monthly, quarterly and annual department budget and submits monthly financial reports.
• Ensures staff keeps locker rooms, fitness floors and common areas clean and welcoming.
• Completes ops payroll and ensures labor costs stay within budgetary guidelines.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and communicates with all departments about conditions.
