Villa Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Administrator to support the Administrator in managing daily operations, budgeting, and strategic growth within a skilled nursing facility.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and a focus on resident care and staff development. Candidates should have SNF leadership experience and an active Nursing Home Administrator license.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of facility location.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Administrator with day-to-day facility operations and budgeting.
• Support census development and revenue optimization measures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Oversee resident/patient care and staff performance.
• Participate in interview and selection of key positions.
• Assist in training and orientation of new staff.
• Address employee relations and coaching as needed.
• Perform facility rounds daily to ensure policy compliance.
