Job summary

Legacy Health Services, a Parma, Ohio-based provider of post-acute care, is seeking a skilled Administrator to direct daily facility operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires leadership to maintain quality care for residents and to manage resources effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting, plus an active Nursing Home Administrator

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license or licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the facility while meeting regulatory standards.
• Ensure high quality care for residents and comply with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Lead staff, coordinate departments, and promote an inclusive, compassionate care culture.
