Ample Industries (Formerly Vortx) operates battery-backed compute sites powered by existing infrastructure, delivering on-site compute, cooling, batteries, and power management. You’ll run sites day to day, set operating standards, and build the team as we expand to new locations.

You’ll bring new sites online, write runbooks and maintenance plans, manage vendors and spares, and track uptime, taking the lead in incident response when issues arise.

Qualifications

Experience running critical facility operations.
Hands-on with power distribution, batteries or UPS, and cooling.
Comfortable on site and on call.
Liquid cooling or GPU cluster experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

Bring new sites online and keep them running.
Write the runbooks, maintenance schedules and on-call process.
Manage vendors, spares and field service.
Track uptime and own the response when something fails.

You’ll run our sites day to day: the compute, cooling, batteries and power on each one. You’ll set how we operate and build the team that does it as we add sites.
