Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while providing friendly customer service. The role emphasizes maintaining spotless spaces, stocking supplies, and upholding Life Time’s standards of presentation.

You will perform daily maintenance tasks, manage towels and locker rooms, monitor consumables, and assist members with questions about Life Time services and policies. Flexibility to move around the club and lift up to 20 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred as stated.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
