• Combination of education and experience may qualify as long as the computed percentage is at least 100%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate facility conditions to identify maintenance, repair, and improvement needs across buildings, grounds, and utilities.
• Monitor contracted work to verify compliance with project specifications and required standards.
• Review technical drawings to ensure accuracy of scope and impact on facility operations.
• Assess mechanical and/or utility systems to determine capacity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
