Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, and surfaces; handling basic repairs; maintaining logs; and assisting with event setups. A DoD Secret Clearance is required to start, with a high school diploma or equivalent needed. This is a full-time, on-site position in Albuquerque.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required to start.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive cleaning approach.
• Good communication skills to report issues or coordinate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Dust and clean furniture, windows, and surfaces.
• Disinfect restrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Remove trash and recycle materials from all areas.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report issues promptly.
• Care for cleaning equipment and report malfunctions.
• Monitor entrances/exits and ensure doors/windows are secured.
• Keep a detailed log of tasks and maintenance performed.
• Set up and clean for events or special functions.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning such as carpet and window washing.
