Job summary

Healthcare Arizona LLC, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air-conditioned 650,000sq feet manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. The Facility Monitor role ensures the safety of our building by monitoring our camera system and conducting foot patrols during the shift.

Wages start at $19.25 per hour with a shift differential of $1.40 per hour and $26.77 per hour for overtime; night 12-hour shifts are required and schedules run in two weekly patterns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months related security/monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foot Patrols multiple times during shift.
• Scan and check temperatures of specific areas.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.

Job Summary:

the Facility Monitor ensures the safety of our building by monitoring our camera system and going on foot patrols throughout their shift.

Pay:

• $19.25/hour ($17.85/hour regular time + $1.40/hour shift differential)
• $26.77/hour overtime

Schedule:

• Night 12-hour shift
• Week 1: Thursday-Saturday, 6pm-6:30am (36 hours total)
• Week 2: Wednesday-Saturday, 6pm-6:30am (48 hours total)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors cameras and follows procedures.
• Foot Patrols multiple times during shift.
• Scan and check temperatures of specific areas.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Notifies appropriate local emergency authorities and management when needed.
• Other duties assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
