Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assigns ICD and CPT codes for inpatient and outpatient services for reimbursement and statistics.
• Abstracts clinical information for reimbursement and statistics from medical records.
• Stay current with coding and compliance trends and guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians and coding staff to ensure accuracy in documentation and coding.
