Job summary

TriFactor Solutions LLC is seeking a Property/Facility Mechanic II to maintain and improve the company's facilities and grounds. The role involves light construction and repair across electrical, mechanical, masonry, and carpentry tasks, plus preventative and corrective maintenance on property systems.

You will inspect for safety and security, work independently, and assist with electrical servicing for Airport grounds at Air Park.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) for technical matters
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• 2–5 years of property/facility maintenance experience
• Knowledge of maintenance across building structures, machinery, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Solid understanding of OSHA plus Federal and State regulations
• Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across disciplines
• Ability to stoop, bend, and manipulate tools in small spaces
• Perform work at heights
• Must frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on facilities and grounds, including electrical, mechanical, masonry, and carpentry.
• Conduct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on properties and electrical systems.
• Inspect properties regularly for safety and security issues.
• Assist in electrical servicing of all buildings at Air Park; perform grounds maintenance and ensure areas are mowed and trimmed.
• Conduct snow plowing, shoveling, and salting of parking lots and sidewalks.
• Apply pesticides and herbicides using proper PPE with non-licensed chemicals; assist other areas as needed.
• Backup for other Airport support service groups.
