Responsibilities

The role involves managing daily shuttle operations, supervising staff, maintaining client relations, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Additional duties include general accounting, HR functions (hiring, firing, training), and claims review. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and misunderstandings diplomatically.
  • Overseeing daily shuttle bus operations.
  • Supervising employee work quality to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with shuttle operations, security, cash control, and customer service procedures.
  • Managing personnel issues related to hiring, termination, and training.
  • Supervising shuttle operations to serve customers efficiently.
  • Monitoring maintenance to ensure cleanliness and adherence to policies.
  • Handling accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
  • Reviewing damage claims and determining responsibility.
  • Implementing safety improvement plans to prevent future claims.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card: Must have a Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
  • Availability to Work: Flexibility to work various shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, depending on location needs.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
