TAR’s West Texas test site needs a Facility Manager to run day-to-day operations, oversee inventory, and coordinate service vendors for a growing robotics and construction program.
You’ll manage supplies, scheduling, safety briefings, and space planning, coordinating with the Manufacturing Lead and field teams as TAR scales its on-site operations toward GW-scale power infrastructure.
TAR’s mission is to power intelligence for the world. We are building the world’s first off-grid power plant for data centers powered by renewable technologies.
We firmly believe AI should be built in the US for the benefit of all people. For that, power must be fast, clean and scalable. We are singularly focused on delivering GW-scale power faster than anyone has ever done, by rethinking every layer of the stack.
We vertically integrate to solve every bottleneck, from racking systems to power electronics to dispatch algorithms to on-site construction.
Leave your mark on the future of civilization-scale energy infrastructure.
TAR is both a hardware and software company, we are building out massive, critical, physical infrastructure. TAR is working directly with one of the largest compute providers to scale and deploy 5GWs by 2028.
About the role Our test site in West Texas is where TAR’s robots, racking, and crew come together every day. For the team to stay focused on the build, everything else has to just work. The kitchen is stocked, the spaces are clean, the supplies are on hand, and visitors know where to go. That’s you.
As Facility Manager, you run the day-to-day of the site: supplies and stock, the kitchen, cleaning and service vendors, and the buildings and spaces the team works in. You’re the go-to person on site for anything that isn't a robot. Our inventory team handles production parts and materials, and you keep everything else running. You’ll work closely with our Manufacturing Lead and field teams, and you’ll help the site grow as more people arrive.
