Job summary

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will oversee building maintenance, mechanical systems, and guest safety while directing scheduling and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mechanical operations or janitorial duties.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, or building systems is preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality setting is preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Job description

Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facility Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center. As a Facility Manager, you must exhibit excellent guest service while ensuring overall building maintenance and all mechanical systems are operating at the highest level. The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day technical integrity of the center and all its equipment. Facility Managers are also responsible for administrative operations such as scheduling staff and ensuring compliance with appropriate laws and policies, which includes OSHA safety practices/procedures.

What We’re Looking For?

• Two or more years of experience in mechanical operations or janitorial duties
