Overview

This isn’t any ordinary office; it’s the beginning of a bowled new career as a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager with Lucky Strike Entertainment. These managers help keep our centers operating efficiently by managing a team of mechanics responsible for the operation of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes, and other equipment. They oversee all center maintenance and repairs, providing leadership to their team and support to the General Manager, to whom they report.

Essential Duties

1. Manage daily operations: Oversee the center’s technical operations to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Build and lead a team: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling mechanics supervised daily.
3. Training: Provide technical and safety training to mechanics on equipment and building maintenance.
4. Monitor & Maintain: Ensure compliance with laws and policies, monitor records, and schedule routine maintenance of building systems.
5. Plan and Improve: Assist in budgeting for repairs and upgrades, obtain bids, and suggest improvements for efficiency and environmental impact.
6. Flexibility: Be available for varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.

Who You Are

You are an experienced, technically proficient manager with strong troubleshooting skills. You can supervise a team of mechanics, communicate effectively, and are proactive in resolving technical issues. You are eager to grow and develop your team’s skills.
