Saint Elizabeth Community in Rhode Island is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to perform routine interior maintenance, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience or knowledge of boiler and generator operation preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, daily work orders).
• Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets).
• Light carpentry and minor plumbing tasks.
• HVAC equipment maintenance (changing belts, motors, filters).
• Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling, sanding).

Full Time | Days | 8am - 4:30pm | 1 week per month on call rotation
