Job summary

The Building Maintenance Technician is a key player in maintaining the operational integrity and safety of our facilities. This role encompasses a broad range of maintenance tasks, from general repairs to specific systems maintenance, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment.

The technician will engage in the upkeep of the facility's structure, systems, and grounds, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2–5 years facility maintenance experience.
• Valid state Driver's License with proof of liability coverage meeting Company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with team members and vendors; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance across the facility, including repairs in drywall, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
