Job summary

Anderson Auto Group in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician/Handyman to keep our dealership facilities safe and functional. This full-time, on-site role covers maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, A/C, drywall, carpentry, and painting.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document work orders, and collaborate with teammates. Basic hand tools are required; pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and A/C tasks.
• Must have basic hand tools and ability to work independently.
• Excellent mobility and willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to drywall repairs, A/C, and painting.
• Facility Upkeep: Ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and functional. You’ll be the go-to person for any maintenance requests, big or small.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our team and operations.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand their needs and provide exceptional support, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
• Documentation: Keep track of maintenance records and reports to help us continuously improve our facilities.
