Job summary

VSSI, LLC is hiring an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing site in the Fort Worth/Alliance area. This position monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains facility utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, plumbing, mechanical and basic electrical.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems via FMCS/BMS platforms, responding to alarms, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance or operations experience.
• Manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or similar facility experience.
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Familiarity with FMCS, BMS, or SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA and LOTO safety practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
