Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform daily repairs across all agency facilities and keep the facilities and equipment in good working order.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (40 hours). Responsibilities include organizing work orders, maintaining the Facility Management database, keeping the garage and storage areas organized, and performing painting, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Trade School Certifications.
• 18 years or older.
• 5 Years' Experience Required.
• Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Daily repairs of agency facilities.
• Organize and prioritize work orders.
• Update and maintain the Facility Management database on the computer.
• Maintain and organize the maintenance garage, storage spaces and vehicle.
• Painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry and moving agency facilities as needed.
