Position Purpose & Summary

Minimum Knowledge & Skills:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in related field - REQUIRED
Certifications (CPO, EPA, etc.) - DESIRED
Intermediate technical knowledge of building maintenance - REQUIRED
Working knowledge of CMMS - REQUIRED
Ability to operate computer and related equipment (pads, tablets, PCs, etc.) - REQUIRED. A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be fluent in English
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in related field
License, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Valid driver's license required to drive company licensed vehicles.
