Job summary

A leading agricultural company in Yuma, Arizona is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for routine building maintenance to ensure functionality and safety. The ideal candidate will have over two years of relevant experience, be skilled in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems, and have a commitment to safety and quality standards. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and write in English, communicate in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain building safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain equipment according to safety standards.

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
