CloudKitchens is hiring a Field Facilities Technician to support multiple kitchen facilities across the Greater Bay Area. You’ll perform hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and site operations support to keep kitchens fully functional and compliant with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of handyman or facilities experience, basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role with valid driver’s

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including drywall, painting, tiling, and shelving installation.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Travel between sites within the Greater Bay Area to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational.

What You’ll Do

Facilities Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
  • Drywall, patching, and painting
  • Tiling and basic masonry
  • Shelving and equipment installation
  • Floor repairs and upkeep
  • Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

Preventative Maintenance

• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
• Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

Site Operations Support

• Travel between multiple sites(number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Greater Bay area
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

What Your Week Looks Like

• 60% hands-on repairs and maintenance
• 25% preventative maintenance
• 15% inspections, troubleshooting, and support

Required

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience

  Work Environment & Schedule

  • Field-based role across the Greater Bay Area
  • Local travel between sites (home daily)
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • On-call rotation and overtime opportunities
